Job Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Sorting, processing, and folding Room and F&B linens such as sheets, towels, tablecloths, and napkins.

Key Functions:

  • Sort used linens into appropriate categories for washing; identify stained or torn items. Load and unload dryers (10% of duties).
  • Shake wet sheets, table linens, and napkins before ironing to spread them out. Feed washed linens into the ironer, retrieve folded linens, and stack or hang clean items as appropriate (35%).
  • Sort clean towels, rugs, and robes, using folding equipment or folding manually. Place folded items on the appropriate rack (25%).
  • Operate and maintain folding equipment, and report any issues to the manager (10%).
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact (10%).
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors (10%).

Visa Requirements:

Authorization to work in the United States is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
